Message
Kamakura One Inc. was founded with a clear purpose: to support Japanese companies expanding into the Philippines from the accounting and back-office side.
The Philippines is an exceptionally attractive market, with strong economic growth and a demographic dividend that is expected to continue for years to come. At the same time, running a business here comes with real challenges unique to an emerging economy, and getting operations off the ground is far from straightforward.
During my years supporting Japanese companies at an accounting firm, I witnessed firsthand how serious the problems in the administrative function — particularly accounting and tax compliance — can be. The regulatory requirements imposed by the BIR and other government authorities in the Philippines are highly complex and demand rigorous attention. On top of that, the shortage of qualified accounting professionals has become increasingly acute in recent years, making it extremely difficult for companies to hire and retain capable staff and build accounting functions in-house.
As a result, demand for outsourced accounting services has never been higher. Yet there is a critical shortage of Japan-based professionals with genuine expertise in Philippine tax and accounting who can be on the ground and communicate in Japanese.
Kamakura One Inc. supports clients across the full range of administrative functions — from accounting outsourcing and company incorporation to general back-office management — all under a transparent, straightforward pricing structure. Our goal is to create an environment where Japanese companies can focus entirely on their core business, delivered at a fair price and with consistent quality.ner our clients can count on, bringing the specialized knowledge and hands-on experience their business deserves.

Corporate Philosophy
Vision — Where We Are Headed
Be the trusted partner that supports clients’ business growth.
Through accounting outsourcing and a full suite of back-office services, we aim to be a reliable pillar of support for our clients’ operations in the Philippines. We help clients focus on their core business by creating a well-organized administrative foundation, and we contribute to their ongoing growth through transparent financial reporting and actionable feedback. By combining our clients’ core strengths with the expertise and know-how we have built in the Philippines, we strive to realize a true partnership.
Values — How We Work
Always think from the client’s perspective and pursue an exceptional client experience.
Every decision we make starts with the client’s point of view. What clients need is not always explicitly stated. We continually ask ourselves, “What would I want if I were in the client’s shoes?” — and pursue service that goes one step beyond expectations.
Stay humble, keep learning, and raise the quality of our services.
As professionals, we never settle for the status quo. We value the insights gained from day-to-day work and take client feedback seriously, continuously improving the quality of everything we do.
Drive productivity and quality through streamlined systems and processes.
We eliminate inefficiency, redundancy, and inconsistency from our operations, turning accumulated know-how into standardized best practices. This allows us to deliver both consistent quality and cost efficiency — benefits we pass on to our clients, our team, and society at large.
